The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee of the Paranthan Chemicals Company Limited invites sealed bids from registered insurance companies under the Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (IRCSL) for Obtaining a Medical Insurance Cover for Company Staff for the period from 30 September 2026 to 29 September 2027.

The bid documents could be obtained from the Paranthan Chemicals Company Limited, L3, No. 446, Galle Road, Ratmalana by submitting a letter of request to the Deputy General Manager (Eng.) – PCCL, along with non -refundable payment of Rs. 5,000.00 + Government taxes per document during normal working hours from Monday to Friday till 03 August 2026 at 10.00 a.m. respectively.

Pre-bid meeting will be held on 22 July 2026 at 10.00 a.m at below mentioned address.

The sealed bids shall be submitted by hand in the Tender Box or sent by registered post to the below mentioned address on or before 04 August 2026 at 10.00 a.m and sealed bids will be opened immediately thereafter. The sealed bids should be marked “BID FOR MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER FOR COMPANY STAFF (2026-2027)” on the top left-hand corner of the envelope.

The Department Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid received and the decision of the Procurement Committee is final. Late bids will be rejected.
