Paranthan Chemicals Company Limited (PCCL), a State-Owned Enterprise operating under the Ministry of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development, invites applications from qualified Attorneys-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka for registration as External Legal Advisors to provide legal services to the Company on an as-required basis.

The registered Legal Advisors may be called upon to provide professional legal services in areas including, but not limited to:
• Tender and procurement-related legal matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Providing legal opinions on operational, commercial, corporate, labour, and administrative matters.
• Dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation support.
• Regulatory compliance and statutory matters.
• Debt recovery and other legal matters connected with the operations of the Company.

Eligibility
Applicants should:
• Be Attorneys-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in good standing.
• Possess relevant professional experience in legal advisory services.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the legal framework applicable to Government institutions and State-Owned Enterprises.
• Be available to provide legal services on a case-by-case basis.

• A letter requesting registration as an External Legal Advisor.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV), including professional qualifications and experience.
• A copy of the Certificate of Enrolment as an Attorney-at-Law.
• Details of areas of legal expertise.
• A copy of the National Identity Card.
